You'll want a screwdrivers and a claw hammer and a tape measure and a drill and a marker and a spirit level and a trimming knife.
Ask someone to help with step 1.
Do not screw drywall directly to the slotted deflection track; keep drywall screws 1 in below the track flange.
Never install screws into non-slotted top tracks unless specifically designed with floating deflection clips.
